ON 4/30 I finally hit a jackpot at the casino! YEAH for me I thought. Well my former vip host Carla, rude and not very helpful. Draged the process of my withdrawl out till the extended period. And from what I read here its the norm for this casino.

Yesterday I received 2 payouts from other casinos I play at and when I logged in to ask why I didn't receive my payout from Silver Oaks I got the we couldn't send to your card. Funny I received from the other casinos.

So I sent in more documention yesterday and today the very rude manager Robert continued to tell me its not Sivler Oaks fault its mine. I started keeping the transcripts for all my chats and here it goes.

Im hoping Ask Gambler can help me with this before it turns into months of waiting.

I have received my withdrawl and am very happy Silver Oaks does pay there patrons. Its a long wait but it went thru.
