Silver Oak Casino does not pay withdraw

i request a withdraw well over a month ago. Every time i speak with someone about the status they just tell me to contact us tomorrow that has happened 5 times already the last time they told me they don't know when i will be paid "we just have to wait it out" is what they told me. I am highly doubtful i will every be paid
