Your payment is now processed and it should show up to your bank statement shortly. Depending on how fast your bank is, it can take from 1 to 5 working days.
Again I am sorry for the long wait, but do not worry this will be taken care of shortly.
Do not pay.
Please, help me. Thank you.

We have verified and checked your complaint; however we have found the following information:

You have made a payout request of 38.40€ on November 11th, 2015. Since you gained those winnings solely playing with no deposit free spins, you have been informed that our bonus terms apply. As stated in our bonus terms and conditions and FAQs page, the payout for free spins is limited to a maximum of 25€ when the free spins are issued as a No Deposit Bonus. Also only players who made a deposit within the last 60 days before the requested payout can claim their winnings. Players who haven't made a deposit within the stated time frame, have 30 days from the day the payout was requested to make a deposit and claim their winnings.

You have made the deposit and provided us your documents for KYC verification which was completed on November 13th, 2015. Three days later you have requested to send the payout on your Skrill account.

From 16th November until 30th November we had 2 attempts to send the funds to your Skrill account but both times funds was returned. We were notified that the Skrill account is no longer enabled.

We have asked for a new update and confirmation of your Skrill account details and after this was provided, a 3rd attempt to process your payout was made on 6th December, 2015. According to the email we received from you, you confirmed that you have received the 25€ on 6th December.

Considering all of the above, you can agree that your payout was sent and received and that any dealy that occurred was casued by external issues out of our control.

In case a bonus is active, we ask you to first read our bonusterms. The withdrawal process includes 2 steps: Step 1: You request an amount to withdraw at the Cashier and type in your bank details. The status of your payment is then ""pending"" and will stay reversible for 48 hours. This status will be indicated in your account history as ""2"". Step 2: Payout requests are processed after 48 hours the status of your requested payout changes to "in progress"". Our bank transfers the amount to your bank, and depending on the speed of processing, it then takes 1-5 working days to complete.

as stated in our previous reply, the delay in receiving your payout was caused due to the inactivity of your Skrill account. This was not in our hands.

Let me also remind you that your payout was not processed via bank wire because you have requested it to be processed via Skrill. We were just following your desired payout method.

Considering the fact that you have received your funds after handing in correct details, this issue reported can be closed.

Based on the Bonus terms of b-Bets Casino we can concur that is clearly stated that maximum withdrawal for no deposit bonus is 25 euros.

#1.3. The payout for a free bonus (i.e. a no deposit bonus) is limited to 10x the bonus amount. To verify your account, a deposit must be made in the last 60 days. The payout for Free Spins is limited to a maximum of €25 when issued as a Non Deposit Bonus. When the Free Spins are given as a deposit incentive, the maximum is limited to €50. The payout of winnings resulting from the 400% welcome bonus is limited to €500, the remainder will be waived.

Based on facts stated above and that player confirm that he received amount of 25 euros we consider this complaint resolved and officially closed.
