Short pays on winning spins

I have complained via chat and was told it was a problem being escalated to to their tech person....never resolved. I deposited, played and every few spins noticed the winning pay was off by a penny. Not a huge amount, but indicates their software has real issues. I'm submitting a screen shot. My calls and emails to these guys have been ignored.

AnnewithanE is my user name. I don't see a link to attach screen shot or I would. I reported this multiple times to various people through the chat that is attached to the right of the game. No one cared then, I asked for someone to follow up with me through email.

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is a bug in displaying the win amount, we will take care of this. However, in the player's balance, the amount is added up correctly, without that one penny difference. The problem is only in the display, not in the winnings. The winnings are correct and fair.

Please inform your customer about this.

In the future, please also ask the customer the date the game was played and approximate hour.
