LeoVegas Casino - Sent in proof of ID, but they still want proof of expired bank card?!

I recently used Leo Vegas casino and won a bit of money, as I was up I thought I would withdraw. The next day I received a message asking me to send proof of my identity including a photo of my bank card, proof of address (sent in the form of a bank statement) and a screenshot of my driving licence. I understand the reason why they have to do this as I have previously had to send proof to 888 poker, however no where near to this extent. After sending this information I received a request to send a copy of an old bank card which has expired and subsequently destroyed. As everyone knows when you receive the new card you are asked to destroy it. I don't understand why Leo Vegas are happy to take the money from me in the form of deposits however not withdraw to the exact same card. Even if this was fraudulent activity surely it would be more sensible to receive this information when depositing rather than withdrawing?!..

We are still in communication with the player as this is not yet solved.

Issue still unresolved given stupid amounts of evidence to verify my account with no success. Given letters from the bank, photo I'd proof of bank statements showing the last four digits of my card. Screenshots proving the expiration date of an old card etc etc etc. Basically they are unwilling to pay out
