BigBang Casino - Ignoring all attempts to have my account with them closed

hi I have tried to close my account with bigbang casino for months now , I have e.mailed them , I have to spoke to live chat to get account closed I was told to e mail them again which I have done but still the account remains open , I was told my e mails probably go into there spam so they don't see it. I have even sent messages from there site form as this was another way of doing it but still no joy , I have even tried to get a deposit limit on account to stop myself going on it but still no joy , with my self having a gambling problem I know I will deposit on to this site as it is the only one I have left open.do you know any other way of contacting this site.

Dear Mr Gary White,

Did you receive our emails? Please check your spamfolder also, Your account has been closed for a while now, are you playing under different aliases maybe?

i have just checked and now i see the account is closed thank you , i was not playing under any other aliases , the account was left open for me to deposit and withdraw until now, buts thanks for closing it now.
