Fenix Casino - Stalling my payment of SEK 15.049 (approx €1600) for months!

Early July I won 15.049 Swedish Crowns in Fenix Casino. After a lot of emails and chat they still had not paid me after more than 3 weeks.

Suddenly they claimed that I had made a bet of 100 crowns (exceeding the max bet). I had not. I asked them for a gaming history proving this incorrect accusation. They have still not provided any...

Are you satisfied with a casino response? As we can see from evidence that casino presented, unfortunately you breach max bet rule. Did you received your deposit back, can we close this complaint? Thank you.
