10Bet Casino - Having troubles with my verification

Im already in the fifth email that just looks like an automated email in which they keep asking me for my utility bill. I spoke on the phone with them and was told that a bank statement showing my name and address would also work. Ive sent it four times and keep getting told I need a utility bill, even after explaining that I have talked on the phone with 10bet and also that I live with 8 other people and none of the utilities are under my name.
