Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing some delays in sending payments. We were previously informed by the our processor that the funds would be sent out this week however we were just told that they are unable to send the funds due to technical issues they are experiencing.

I requested payout on April 1.

I received approval on April 5.

I have not received my payout after 15 business days on April 24. Why does Rushmore continue to rely on "processors who may be experiencing a slight delay"??? This has been like this for years and I've only been paid once within the 15 business days. They should use the same processors who take my money, because they do it immediately. I get called multiple times per week to deposit money, why can't the same energy be put into paying out cash that I won weeks ago? Please send my money today or tomorrow.
