Rushmore Csino withdrawal delay
I played one of the 10K tourneys at Rushmore the weekend of the 11th of June. I won $30 which with a lot of luck turned it in to $1500 and asked for a wire withdrawal on the 12th. Received an email on the 15th of June it was approved and sent to my bank. About two weeks later after several emails I received one that said unfortunately my withdrawal was delayed and had to be reprocessed. Last week I contacted live chat and was told by a CSR that they don't know when anyone will be paid.
We do apologise that there has been an unexpected and unavoidable delay with your withdrawal. There has been some technical difficulties that have cause some delays in some player payments however rest assured that you will receive your money shortly. We are working hard to overcome any withdrawal delays and you will be notified directly by the withdrawals department on any further progress.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Unfortunately for all of us waiting, this is a "canned" answer that is sent to everyone. All you are trying to do is placate everyone but nothing changes. No one has processor problems that go on for months. People need specific dates that they will receive their money.
Here's an update 7 weeks and no money. They can't figure out what happened to it.
Hi, first of all thank you for letting me vent these past two months. Finally, I received my bank wire today! I appreciate the support and the help! Hopefully (and it's all good) I won't have to use your service in the future! I'll just check in and see what's going on.
