I deposited funds on May 4, 2011. The deposit was accepted immediately. On May 11th,2011 I requested a withdrawal. This was approved on May 14, 2011. They have been responsive to my e-mails telling me they have processor problems. They are excellent in communication. But words and no action is not acceptable. I want my money!

I had already notified ask gamblers that the complaint has been resolved. You posted as resolved successfully and closed. I don't understand now why it was reopened and your comment of successful resolution removed,
I have sent my user id and copied and pasted the complaint to the Rushmore as requested.
Since they read and responded to the complaint on your site, I don't understand why it was required to send it again .
