Rushmore Casino - wire transfer does not work
i am having the same problem that utahrick is having with the wire transfer, it is lost and my bank and bank of america have no clue what the tranfer number rushmore gave me is and now rushmore casino says it is out of there hands, the amount is only 250 dollars, this was back in december of 2011. On a positive note, i won 275 dollars in january of 2012 and rushmore sent me a check, i am going to continue using rushmore casino and just not use the wire transfer as means of withdrawal, but i wish rushmore would do the right thing and reimburse the 250 that is lost. I have friends that use rushmore and they have been paid there winnings also but nobody i know has been paid thru the wire transfer. I hope rushmore will fix there wire transfer problem because i have played alot of casinos and i like them the best.

In regards to the wire issues from November - as you were informed the funds were frozen by the intermediary bank. If and when the funds are returned to us, you will receive your winnings. In the meantime, I am pleased to hear you are still playing with us. I hope you continue to win and withdraw with us in the future!
