Rushmore Casino - Still No Money

I have been a long time VIP player at Rushmore, I requested 2 withdrawals totally $4000, only $2000 per week is permitted. The first was approved and processed on 6/10 the other a few days later, after many boiler plate emails I contacted the VIP manager and he assured me that he would prioritize my withdrawal and would give me a status, that was last week and still nothing. Almost 2 years ago I made a withdrawal and the same delays existed only not as bad, back then they told me they were in the process of changing their processing companies so the delays would stop, yea blah blah blah. Now I'm feeling like I'll never get paid and that they are scammers now, they sure are quick to take your money though. I just want to know when I'll get my money and no more lame excuses, they have complete control over when and how the withdrawals are handled, they will continue losing players if they continue with these delays. At this point I think they could care less about internet complaints and so much for VIP status.


We do apologise that there has been an unexpected and unavoidable delay with your withdrawal. There has been some technical difficulties that have cause some delays in some player payments however rest assured that you will receive your money shortly.

We are working hard to overcome any withdrawal delays and are constantly making payments to catch up on these delays. You will be notified directly by the withdrawals department on any further progress.

I received another email from Megan that I should expect to have my money within ANOTHER 10 business days which at that point it will be over 6 weeks, that is totally unacceptable and funny thing is that when speaking with the VIP manager he says the same thing. I think all these delays and complaints will definitely leave a mark on their receivables. I will update once I receive my money. Thank you Askgamblers for your help here.
