Rushmore Casino - Still No Money
I have been a long time VIP player at Rushmore, I requested 2 withdrawals totally $4000, only $2000 per week is permitted. The first was approved and processed on 6/10 the other a few days later, after many boiler plate emails I contacted the VIP manager and he assured me that he would prioritize my withdrawal and would give me a status, that was last week and still nothing. Almost 2 years ago I made a withdrawal and the same delays existed only not as bad, back then they told me they were in the process of changing their processing companies so the delays would stop, yea blah blah blah. Now I'm feeling like I'll never get paid and that they are scammers now, they sure are quick to take your money though. I just want to know when I'll get my money and no more lame excuses, they have complete control over when and how the withdrawals are handled, they will continue losing players if they continue with these delays. At this point I think they could care less about internet complaints and so much for VIP status.
