Rushmore Casino over a month not received winnings

The winnings were approved and sent. After 2 weeks I get an e-mail saying the withdrawals were all sent back. And now there waiting to get a processer to processer them again. A lot of bunk if u ask me. Another stall.

This player did request her withdrawal on 21 May and this was approved on 25 May.

We are, at the current time, experiencing a number of small delays in relation to withdrawals but all of our players are being paid, albeit a little later than we would have hoped for. We have kept the player updated and informed via various mediums as soon as we receive information ourselves.

Whilst we appreciate the player's frustration, we are genuinely sorry for the situation and, again, we are keeping all players updated with regular emails and contact.

JUST TO ANSWER YOU HAVE YOUR DATES MIXED UP

THE FIRST WITHDRAWAL WAS SENT OUT ON THE 14 OF MAY

AND THEN SENT BACK AFTER 2 WEEKS OF WAITING

THE SECOND WITHDRAWAL WAS NEVER SENT OUT

BUT WAS SITTING IN REVERSE FOR 5 DAYS.

IN ANY EVENT WERE STILL AT SQUARE ONE.

NO PAY AS OF YET.

So far I only received half of my money. I don't have no idea when the rest is coming. They keep saying soon.
