Rushmore Casino not paying winnings
I won a random jackpot on Thanksgiving day. My withdrawals have been approved by the casino, but I have been getting nothing but vague excuses why my winnings have not been wired to my bank account. Every time I contact the casino they tell me they are having processing issues but will not tell me when I will get paid. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
I have been told that we are hoping to see some solutions within the coming days hopefully.

Rushmore has contacted me about my complaint, and asked that I email them directly at the casino. They said they would see what they could do to speed things up. My hope is they can resolve this matter very soon.
We are happy to report that the technical issue seems to have been resolved and payments are starting to go out. They are being sent out according to the date they were approved on, from the most outstanding to the most recent.
We ask that players have a little more patience until their well deserved winnings are processed and transferred to them, as wires do take several business days to be received in the player's bank account.
We sincerely apologize again and offer our many thank yous for the patience everyone has had.

Rushmore Casino has contacted me via email apologizing for the delay and assures me that my withdrawal requests will be processed promptly. They said their processor issues have been resolved and checks are being sent. I inquired when I would receive mine but have yet to receive a response. I won't consider this resolved until I receive payment, even though the casino said it has been resolved.

I too am having a difficult time with my first payout of $1000.00. I have two more payouts pending for a total of $4000.00
Thanks for the kind words. This is the third time I have won a random jackpot at Rushmore. The first was about a year ago, but it was smaller and I just hung onto the money and played it through. I don't know if there are restrictions about saying what you won and what machine you were playing, but hoping not to get into trouble with the site, Iwill tell you that I won a $36k random jackpot playing Texan Tycoon. Actually, that was the same game I won my first jackpot on. Recently, I won a small jackpot playing Lucky Tiger, I think was the name. Honestly, other than this payout issue, Rushmore has by far been my favorite casino. I win more there than others I have played at and I win more often. They have nice bonuses and I seem to be able to play longer there with the money.
Actually, if not for this I could offer a very positive testimonial of what a nice experience it is at Rushmore. These payout issues have not been nice, but other than that I have had much fun at Rushmore. It is too bad for this non-payment issue.

I've tried to ask them what the problem was exactly, but no one seems to know, they just say technical difficulties and can't give an exact time frame as to when it will be fixed. However they assure me that I will receive my winnings... I only hope it's soon and not months or years from now. This is my first withdraw there and it's turning out to be such a nightmare. It's already 2 weeks overdue. I hope you get your money too.
P.S. You're so lucky, I never won a random jackpot before. How much was it and which game were you playing? Congrats.
