Rushmore Casino not following their own payout policy

First of all, let me say, I've lost thousands of dollars at this casino and this is my first payout request after finally winning $1000.00. The payout was approved on 7/9. After patiently waiting the 10-14 business days, I still have no repayment to my credit card (which is the method of withdrawal I chose.) I have patiently chatted each day, most times with the VIP manager (Mr. Thomas) who got rather snippy with me when I told him I was tired of waiting days for a response which never came as promised. Finally I contacted the withdrawal department and this was the response today 7/31.... Dear Mercedes,

The usuall time frame for receiving withdrawals is 10-14 business days but unfortunately we are two weeks behind schedule. Please be assured that you will receive your winnings and i will update you as soon as they have been sent.

I would love to have this request resolved soon, as I have two more withdrawal requests in process, for a total of $4000.00. This should not be difficult, it does NOT require a wire transfer to my bank, but a credit to the credit cards which were used to make the original deposits. If there is no resolution soon, I will dispute the credit card charges as fraud.

This complaint was posted on July 31. It is August 27 an we are just receiving it now. This player was in touch with withdrawals several times and has successfully received her payment.

Rushmore casino did take a bit longer than their stated policy, but did finally f/u with great customer service and I did recieve both pay-outs. Thank you. MercedesM.
