runaround from High Noon Casino

Upon reading some of the other complaints, I have come to the conclusion that my circumstances are not isolated to myself....I have had a withdrawl pending from high noon casino since the 7th, when prompted to send in verification, i did that without delay, then I had to repeatedly contact live chat to see if those papers were sufficient...they never contacted me, was told after a phone verification that my withdrawl would be processed the following day...no withdrawl....live support again, they don't know? could be up to 5 more days to get approval of withdrawl now, initial was 4 to five days total time to recieve my withdrawl...now it been 5 days of runaround with now an additional five days for approval and another 5 days for issuance...if approved....for a total of roughly 18 days total. I complied immediatley with all of their requests and never had one follow up by them. I did all the follow up...granted it is not a huge withdrawl, but would like it so that I might want to play again with another 20 dollars here and there, but at this rate I don't know. I have never been given a solid answer to any of my inquires and everyone I talk to seems to be on a different time schedule, I have never done this before and quite new to me...and now freeking out, number 1...because I can't cash out, number 2 because I'm dumb and gave high noon all my vitals to be verified...and for what? Well, the chat people are relatively helpful although very vague and extremely misinformed and or manupulative are "nice", wow is this deception standard practice?

I'm pretty sure that I complied with all the rules of highnoon, and when I called in to be sure that I was allowed the withdrawl and met the requirements I was told yes. I even double and triple checked all that on the phone and through live chat...

Oh well

stupid is as stupid does i guess, I will never do this again thats for sure!

Hi mom,

I have looked into your account and I see that you made the withdrawal request on the 7th.

Your documents were approved on the 9th and the verbal confirmation that was required completed on the 10th.

The payment should be sent through today or tomorrow at the latest.

Unfortunately for security reasons and to help prevent fraud and money laundering among other online financial scams, we are required by law to make checks against users to ensure that we have done everything possible to check that the transactions are made by the correct person. I am sorry that you feel like the CS team have not given you answers you requested but hopefully we can address that inhouse.

Sometimes, answers are not available at the time if the cashier is not in at the time for instance. The CS staff do not have full access to the cashier information due to the sensitive nature of the documents involved which could result in potentially vague answers if the cashier is not in the office.

Hopefully your faith in High Noon will be restored once this cashout comes through and I can guarantee that all future cashouts will run smoothly now that all parts of the securituy checks have been completed.

Many Thanks for response! I'm sorry for trouble and mass confusing regarding my withdrawl. In this day in age it is so difficult to sort through what is legit and what is not! I for one am grateful for the "enhanced" security measures of this process. It would have been nicer if all operators via chat and phone could be on the same page thus eleminating patrons feeling like they are getting nowhere fast....I believe that this spurs on ill feelings and patrons like myself (relatively clueless) feeling as tho they have been "scammed". Thank you for addressing my needs so quickly, and as always the pessimist in me needs to inquire now that my withdraw has been finally approved for pay my card..."Appx. how long does the process take from here to show up on my card?"

I just wanted to deem this complaint resolved....withrawl was posted two days after approved, I am elated...Thank you for quick response to complaint and speedy resolution...I am hoping to play and maybe even win some...with issues resolved hopeful that future withdrawls will be quick and painless!
