I started withdrawal process around Christmas for 300. I didn't have all the info and I ended up playing it. I won. So I have been trying to withdraw 900 since Jan 17. They have had all needed info plus extra. It's been in progress status since Feb 2. It states on their website that you only are in that status for minutes. I email and live chat every day. It is so frustrating. Today I wanted to see if they would accept a deposit of $25. They did with no problem. They don't have a problem taking my money just have one giving it to me.

Dear fb,
As you were informed by our Finance Department, the original payout sent to you was rejected by your bank because it does not accept wires. We have sent a replacement payment via ACH to you last week. You should receive an email from Finance to that end. If you did not please contact them directly via email or chat. Thank you

This is not true. I have never, in all the emails and chats, been told they sent anything to my bank. And I withdrew it ACH in the first place. I would think they would have mentioned they sent it. All they have told me is that it will go out in the next batch. When the next batch is they never say.
