I requested a withdrawal for $1000 in February that has since been aproved for payment in early march, I have been very patient waiting for a check to be sent out and keep getting a "we are very busy with so many payments but you are escalated on are list" whatever that means.But this is rediculous, Long story short it's been about 3 months since I requested a withdrawal. Apreciate the help. And I do like the "cool cats casino" but I've deposited a bunch of money and don't find it fair I can't get a simple deserved payout.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this withdrawal.

I've looked into this and I can see that the payment has been issued and I would expect to see the tracking by the end of this week, with the payment reaching you early next week.

I'll report back here the moment I receive the tracking.

I'm happy to say I have good news. ;-)

Your tracking rolled across my desk late this afternoon and I can see that your payment will be arriving tomorrow (Friday), by 10:30 AM.
