Run around from Ruby Slots?

I believe I might be getting the run around from Ruby Slots Casino, but I'm not quite sure yet? I won $500 which they have acknowledged & they approved it on November 21 2012 a delivery will be done by Fed Ex & they said it would take 7-10 business days until it arrived to me in Arizona. I recently E-Mailed their support dept. to re-verify my winnings and delivery time frame and their response was that it's going to be 10-20 business days now because of current processing limitations and since they are a high bonus model casino there will be a longer time frame then other casinos however players come back for the huge bonuses which they will continue to provide for the most entertainment value in the industry. I think people come back because you pay your players when they win. My intention is not to rush to judgement but to monitor things. I'm wondering if I'm jumping the gun or if I have a right to be concerned? I want to receive my winnings which I won fair & square. Can you help me out? Cordially -David C

Your $500 payment was processed on 12/5/2012 at 4:13:11 PM. The processor should be processing payments next week. Please remember your payment will be processed on a first come first served basis so once sent you will be notified

I am glad you state that my payment was processed on December 5th 2012 because your downloaded ruby slots casino game shows differently when you go under the withdrawal tab in the cashier area it still shows my payment as being in progress. Which your casino states should only be in this condition for a few moments however it has been in this "in progress" state for a couple of weeks now> I will take your word & response that it has been processed. However I am not pleased with the lame and stalling wording that you use in your reply such as your processor SHOULD BE processing checks SOMETIME next week. I don't think so. Any reputable business will know what days checks will be printed & processed not this "SHOULD BE" rhetoric. Then you state in your reply that it's on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Well isn't that nice. That let's you stall something you guys like to do because you don't like to pay $$ only collect it. Well where do I go to stand in line for this 1st come 1st serve check processing which I know and you know is just plain malarkey. I think you guys need to be a little more accountable for your actions. Quit all the delays and do what any legitimate business would do, and that's pay up.

Trust me I don't want to argue about this situation, but I'm very upset and I think I have a right to be. To me it is unacceptable how easily casinos in general take my deposit and boom they have instant funds,but I have to go through a long drawn out process to receive my withdrawal (unfair). I hope my previous response wasn't to harsh and I do care about fair gaming for everyone & I didn't cross the boundary of campaigning against somebody else or knowingly provide inaccurate or false information. I'm just exhibiting my frustration with this situation. Sorry if I went over board but it's my nature.

If you check correctly your $500 payment was approved on 11/21/2012 9:37:14 AM. As mentioned previously it has been processed on 12/5/2012 4:13:11 PM. Once the third party processor sends us the payment tracking you will be contacted

The courier check for $500.14 arrived today by Federal Express. That means all is good in the world unless it doesn't clear.I thank you for your assistance in this matter. Take care.
