Run Around
I requested a withdrawal from Slot Madness on 10/28 and it was approved for $2375 on 11/2/2012. After several emails from various support people who indicated the wire transfer would be processed "any day" my account was turned over to a VIP Manager "Alex Martinez" around 11/11/12. After several rounds of emails He indicated the wire transfer was being processed and I would receive the payout in my account within 3-10 business days starting 11/20/12. The 10th business day was 12/4/12 and I still have not received the payout. I was the told by Alex I would have it by Friday 12/7 but no later than today 12/11. Still have not received it and now Alex has stopped responding to emails sent on 12/7, 12/10 as well as today. I'm fed up and would like to know where my payout is.
