Ruby Slots Casino - WITHDRAWAL PROBLEM then Closed my Account

RESOLVED
posted on November 27, 2013.

I am furious with Ruby Slots. Do Not play at this casino. Slots of Vegas and Ruby Slots are sister companies. I received email from Slots of Vegas (after I had made a deposit) which said I earned a $100 free chip to plat at Slots of Vegas. Once I spoke to the manager he said I could not claim to bonus in a roll at Ruby Slots without a deposit, which I said I made the deposit to Slots of Vegas who therefore gave me a free $100 chip to play at Ruby Slots. (its sister casino). I played for 6-7 hours to be told by the second person I spoke with that I was just playing for fun. The first person gave me the terms and said good luck. I spoke with the manager regarding all of this and informed him I would be making a complaint. Then he closed my account!!!!! No more deposits for me to either one of these casinos. They just lost my business and if you were smart you would not use them!!

Dear Player

Yes you are correct; Ruby Slots and Slots of Vegas belong to the same group of casinos.

After checking your Ruby Slots account I've found out you have redeemed 2 Free chips in a row on the same Casino.

On 11/25/2013 4:52:53 AM you redeemed a Free chip with code NOV13APP

On 11/26/2013 7:56:54 PM you redeemed another Free Chip but with code SCRATCH100

Please be aware that as per Casino rules: http://www.rubyslots.com/rules.php#free-chip

•Unless the Casino management specifically gives prior agreement, welcome bonuses are limited to one promotion per Player, per family, per computer, per address.

•The Player may not consecutively redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. Should a Player redeem one no-deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit into their account in the interim in order for the Player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.

•Casino management reserves the right to cancel or refuse any promotional offer at any time.

•In the event that a Player redeems a no-deposit promotional offer that he/she is not entitled to, any winnings generated from that promotion will be voided

Therefore, and since there was no deposit in between consecutive free chips, balance from second free chip has been removed.

The free chips were from 2 different casinos.. Ruby Slots and Slots of Vegas. Which at the time I didn't even know they were sister companies. I know I made multiple deposits but since you closed my account I can't look further into this situation. If you are not going to give me the money I earned, can you at least refund any deposits I made to your companies? Customers beware.

Dear Player:

Well then I definitely made several to Slots of Vegas who gave me the free token to try Ruby Slots out (their sister company). Will you please send that as well. I would like a refund for all deposits made to Slots of Vegas.

Dear Player:

The 2 Free Chips were redeemed on same casino; in this case, Ruby Slots which clearly, and as explained before is against casino rules.

On the other hand, only one deposit is reflected on your Slots of Vegas account. The $30 deposit made has been refunded on 12/4 as requested and it may take from 7 to 15 days for you to have it reflected back on your account.
