I have two requests that are listed as "in progress' both have been so for a long time.(one for 22 days and one for 15 days), add to that 20 days in get it to "in progress" makes the wait for a payout well over 1 month. I can't see a reason why it should take this long. Please inform me as to when I can expect these payouts.

I've looked into this issue for you and I believe you are somehow very mistaken in all of this:

You used a Rewards Card in the amount of $100 on March 3. On that same day (March 3), you requested a withdrawal of $236. On March 10, your withdrawal request was denied, as you did not meet the wagering requirements. The $236 was placed back in your account, so you could continue to work on those wagering requirements. In order to make a withdrawal with the Rewards Card, you would have needed to wager $2500 (25 times) and you only wagered $276.80. We messaged you regarding this via the game console and we can see that you read the message. On March 14, you played the $236 and lost.

On March 4, you used another Rewards Card to deposit $100. That same day (March 4), you requested a withdrawal of $123, which also was declined as again, you did not meet the wagering requirements. This time, you managed to wager $1,522.30, so you were still short $978.70 of meeting the wagering requirements.

Your balance of $123 still remains in your account, for you to play.
