Hi,

I put in for a withdrawal on August 2nd for $1,000 even. I have heard absolutely nothing from the casino regarding this withdrawal. Please find out the status of my money, thank you very much.

Does this mean that the check has been approved and I should be receiving it. or does it mean that I have to wait an additional 10 to 20 days until it is sent to your third party distribution center for processing? I am wondering if my check will be here this week or in three weeks....Thank you, Ms. Greco, you seem to be the only person who gets back with answers. I appreciate you finding out if it has actually been sent over to be processed and sent out by Fed Ex yet.

I received an answer from Monika at Ruby Slots--she simply said, "Your withdrawal request was sent to our third party processor for payment on 9-4-13...." As I have still not received my check via Fed Ex (last time it had arrived by the time she had gotten back to me and told me that the third party processor had been sent it) I am worried...Is there anyone else at Ruby Slots that you can contact about this? I mean, it has been a while, and all they ever say is,, "we will contact you..." NEVER a real answer...like a Fed Ex tracking number? Thanks, and have a wonderful day...

Hi,

I have finally received a check for $825 from Ruby Slots, and have deposited it into my bank. So, I would say from my personal experience that it takes between 7 and 10 weeks to get ones withdrawal from the time that you request it.
