Ruby Slots casino - Have not even HEARD FROM this casino more than 2 wks after win!

Dear Askgamblers.com,

I withdrew $1240.00 after winning on a "no rules bonus deposit"....This was back on July 7th, and I have yet to even receive an email from them!! I called last week, and was told that they, "had everything they needed, including my verification," and I would be hearing from them as soon as they processed my withdrawal. Now it has been OVER two weeks and they have not even posted it to my Casino account!!

Please help me, as I have deposited hundreds of dollars with them, and it is only fair that when I win, I receive my winnings. You have been of great help in the past with payment problems, I am crossing my fingers that your involvement might speed this casino's actions up. Thank you!!

Hi,

I received nothing, but upon logging in to Ruby Slots, there was a message on my screen asking me for the following (all of which they already had per my phone call to the customer service line, and NO email was sent to me asking me for this information): My full name that is on my driver's license, my physical home address and my home telephone number where I can be reached. This was to either be mailed to Monika or called in to Monika, I emailed it to her so that I had proof on 7-29 at 8:25am Arizona time. I am calling now to make sure she has received this information.

Dear Askgamblers:

I received an email from Monika stating that she did receive my information, and that now IT WILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 10 TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE A CHECK IS ACTUALLY SENT OUT VIA COURIER! That means that it could be August 23 before they even send my withdrawal out to me...a request which was made originally back on July 7th, with no "problems" per customer service....This means that if all goes well, I just might receive my check around September 1st? I find this time frame completely unacceptable, as they took my funds IMMEDIATELY FROM MY BANK.

Perhaps you could try to speed up the process? Thanks again...

Hi,

According to a letter response from Monika, I was informed on 7-29 that it would take an additional 10 to 20 business days for my check to be processed...and that I would receive an email once this was done. I have not received any emails that it was, in fact, processed on the 5th...I would love to believe that my check is on it's way, but as no confirmation email has been sent to me, I am doubtful.

Please ask Ruby Slots to send me an email verifying that they have Fed Exed my check to me. Thanks!
