Ruby Slots Casino - Delay in issuing me my money

On April 2nd, I requested a payout of $430.00...I submitted my paperwork on 4/3/13 and was told it would take 7-10 business for the request to be approved. It is now 4/19/13, and when I called Ruby slots customer service, I was told that the approval department just now received my paperwork, and that it would take another 7-10 business for approval! This is totally unacceptable. I generated all the required paper work at the beginning of the month, and now I'm being told that I have to wait an additional 7-10 business days because of their issues! I want my money, and I want it now.

Why was only $200 approved? I deposited $100 on 4/1/13 and won $430.00! I requested a withdrawal of $430.00 on 4/2/13? I wasn't playing on a bonus! Please explain.
