Ruby Fortune Casino Not Paying Out

I'd seriously like to know how this casino says it offers fair play. I've deposited somewhere between 3 to 4 thousand dollars since around the 26th december 2010 till now not one single withdrawal they claim. Its' bad luck on each and every deposit for 4 months?? They claim they offer bonuses however you deposit and you can't claim them for whatever reason so I'd like some answers as to this.

This could not be counted as the complaint that we could help or solve.

We can help in order that casino does not pay your winings or if casino is very slow in paying or any such a reason.

Our decision in to close this case and label as solved.

Well, from what I can gather, Ruby fortune casino is a fair and reputable online casino. After alot of reading of reviews I have found only a handful of complaints about them regarding the bonus stuff so I decided to put my trust in Ruby fortune casino and signed up with them recently. I deposited all together 145.00 CND from my Master Card and came out ahead. I won 300.00 on the roulette and requested a withdrawl of 300.00. I requested a cheque be sent to my home address threw regular mail and now its just a matter of wait and see. I will keep everyone posted on just how long it will take to get my cheque and how smooth things will go. According to the live online staff it could take up to 21 working days. If everything goes well with these guy's I will be a regular. Gas prices are going up and playing online casino at home seemed to make sense to me.
