Royal Vegas not paying out my winnings

i played royal vegas and won regest a withdrawn by my bank and live chat said it i had to neteller id get it quick i try open a neteller account but i had one from years ago i d never used so they blocked the netteller acount so i ask for my bank card the card that i had depoist from to be credit with my winning it been over 8 days and i m still no closer to get my winnings they said there wait for feed back from neteller they are sayingg this matter as nothing to do with neteller it just a con

ive just got a email off them saying my account been locked as i have muti account but ive never depoist in any ive only had play accounts b4 but now there not relase my money ive only ever depoist real money in this account can they do this

i not registed 6 acccount with royal vegas ive rgisted them with brothers and sisters if that what u call them and ive never depoist in any other than this account ive try to withdraw from i got a royal vegas scrach card sent to my home address asking me to join free 10 pound no depoist i join and and played it through the playthrough i won 1050 pounds i contacted live suport and was told depoist 20 pound and i can withdraw ive done nothing wrong i only had one cash account with royal vegas i ve only ever played real cash at ladbrokers casino and i do have 2 real cash account with them 1 with my bank card registerd and other with ukash registered and ive withdrawn both of them end of the day they dont want pay out im devasted and i really need this money im a single parent on benefit so this is a lot of money for me and my kids with xmas round the corner and i ve got all email ive sent and receive all printed out as ive no intention of letting this go i ve been robbed and im seeking legal advice on this as this is not much money to the casino but it like once in a life time for me plzzzzzzzzzzz can anyonee help me

kerrietarpey, there is a clear statement that one account is eligible per one household, so brothers and sisters are not counting.
