Hi my name is Timothy Coleman .I did not recieve my money from you all casino on February 15 2016 from this casino . I have two checks that I withdraw for 1.000.00 and another 1.000.00 and 4 more checks that I made a withdraw for 1.110.00 2,2800.00 2,210.00 2,200.00 .this the money that I won from royal ace casino that I'm not recieveing right now from them. If you don't believe me please check the datebase of your computer and it will show that I did not get my winning. thank you.

I’m not certain why you would believe you’d be receiving any sort of withdrawal at this point. Perhaps you’ve not read our Terms and Conditions, which clearly state the following:

Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus.

Given that you’ve NEVER made so much as one Real Money deposit, yet have claimed free chip after free chip (amounting to $1938.39), you are certainly not eligible for any withdrawal at this time.

Based on evidence that casino management of Royal Ace Casino presented, we can confirm that player breached casino's term #4:
Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus.
