Was approved for $1700 payout. I won $2000 but only got approved for $1700. Anyway it is April 30, and still haven't received a thing. I cant even get a response out of them anymore. Have read the same exact problems with this casino. Im quite aggravated. They sure took my money instantly. But im having to wait 2 months to get mine. Royal Ace pay your players their money!!!!!!!!!! Or quit taking it!!!!!!!!

I have been told that over 2 months ago. And I still haven't even heard anything back. Not only have I not gotten the money owed I cant even get an email with any kind of response.
