I have a approval for $800 on 6/24/16 and $600 on 6/16/16 Tawni said she was looking into this matter a week ago but I have not been paid or heard any response from the casino or Tawni

Hi 2queens--

Sorry for the delay in response--I've had to take some time off and I'm doing my best to get caught up with things.

I do see that your two payments for Royal Ace, as well as your payment with Ringmaster have now been sent off--I would imagine you'll see those payments reflected in your account later this week or at the very latest by Monday.

Hi 2queens--

Thanks for the update on your end.

I've looked at the notes on your account and I see that the payment for Royal Ace was returned to our processor. It appears that this particular processor had an issue with an 'incomplete bank name,' which obviously makes little sense, given we've been able to get other wires to you.

We've sent this payment to a different processor (this is the same processor which has successfully delivered your other wires)--fingers crossed, there should be no issues from here and you should see this payment in your account by the end of the week.

I apologize for the trouble with this.
