Rome Casino - Withdrawal issue
While, I enjoy playing on this site and they have always been very nice and helpful, I have been advised that all my withdrawal documents are in order and my withdrawal was being processed, over 22 days ago and was told it would take 18 days. I sent an email to their finance department on April 3 and have yet to hear back on my withdrawal. I am in customer service myself and not responding to someone is just not acceptable. I deposited money - in good faith- into their site and just ask the same in return for my withdrawal...... Thank you!
I'm not sure why you did not get a reply, I'm sure that if the email arrived safely then you should be replied to shortly. However, if you'd like to give me your details at email@example.com - I can inquire on your behalf.
