Rome Casino Withdrawal

I have had a pending withdrawal since 9/5/11 and my documents were approved on 9/9/11. Today marks the 18th business day and I have not heard anything about my withdrawal. I have emailed finance 3 times and have had no response and chat wouldn't help either. Rome's website states Contact us via email and receive a response within 24 hours, or talk to someone now via phone or live chat. Feel free to contact us regarding technical support, payment processing, general questions, or feedback 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’re always more than happy to help make your experience at Rome Casino the best it can be! I just want to know where my money is??

I CALLED ROME CASINO TODAY SO I COULD GIVE THEM AN UPDATE ON PHONE NUMBERS AND CREDIT CARDS USED AND I WAS TOLD THAT SUPPORT COULD NOT HELP ME. I ASKED FOR SOMEONE IN THEIR ACCOUNTING AND THEY COULDN'T HELP ME WITH THAT EITHER, HE SAID ACCOUNTING WAS ACTUALLY IN ANOTHER BUILDING BUT I COULD EMAIL STUART@ROMECASINO.COM. SO I EMAILED MY PHONE NUMBERS AND EVEN MY WORK CELL TO STUART@ROMECASINO.COM AND NO REPLY AND NO PHONE CALLS. I CHECKED MY CALLER ID WHEN I GOT HOME AND NO PHONE CALLS ON IT EITHER. NOW I AM WONDERING WHY THEY NEED TO CALL ME ANYWAY SINCE I SCANNED AND EMAILED ALL OF THE CARDS I USED AT ROME CASINO EVEN AN OLD EXPIRED CARD THAT THEY INSISTED ON ME SCANNING AND EMAILING AND BOTH HAD MY NAME BIG AND BOLD ON IT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HOLD UP IS.

i am play very long time online casino games from Rome Casino
Last Week Rome Casino send me a $50 free chip
and i am start to play games Finally i won from the online casino spend too much time spend more money and finally i made it $1500 then
i made it my first withdraw everything was normal i sended to email to payments@romecasino.com about my withdraws i check all the blogs and web sites about the payments story's i was waiting my money to my bank account
yesterday rome casino send me a email
Say "please note, it seems your recent winnings where derived from a free chip.
According to our T&Cs , Free Chips carry a maximum withdrawal amount of $150.
i am read to terms and agreements i sow nothing About that
i am win $1500 and payment department wanna give me $150 its not right and its not fair
I dont wanna say something bed
Note : i think so this is misunderstanding from Rome casino payment department and i hope so they can fix this problem
