Rome Casino - slow payment

Hello! I deposited and withdrew $625 on March 21st. On April 5th (the date that they approved all the required documentation) Mr. Walter K. stated that it will be up to 18 working days before I will receive my withdrawal. It's been 19 working days now and when I log in my withdrawal can still be reversed which means that it hasn't been sent in for processing. I sent Noah an e-mail a couple of days ago but have yet to hear from either their finance dept. or Noah. Can you look into this?

Unfortunately my withdrawal is still showing as reversible. This of course means that it has not yet been sent in for processing.

We are fast approaching two months now since I actually deposited and withdrew the money. I am pretty certain that within that two month period, had I been paid within a reasonable time frame, I would have deposited more and, according to gambler's physics, made you guys some more money. Ie, the faster I get my withdrawals the more I play with the paying casino and ultimately the more money said casino earns. At least that's how I understand a house edge is supposed to work.

So anyway, any new news Noah?

I Noah,

I'm glad to see that you've resolved some withdrawal issues and then i'm looking for you help cause i'm still waiting for a 150$ withdrawal for almost a year now... i have called the assistance and they asked me to resend all the identity docments in march. I did it and they approve again my withdraw on march 12 ! since then i have no answer and i m really freaking out cause i don't now how to do.....

Hi Getters,

Did Noah manage to reslove your payment issue and did you receive the funds, i too am waiting for a payment from Rome and was by Noah promised it would be sent today 5/9
