HI

these guys are at it again this is my second time winning and they kept telling me oh it will go so smooth with the second withdrawal because we have all your info now
its been since 12/26/11 when i made the withdrawal and i still have not received my money
Now I am getting the run around from Walter telling me they tried to send the funds to my account and four times its been returned and when i asked for the documentation stating this he sent me some numbers from inside and my bank has no idea what they are. Now I was told on Monday that the money would be transferred to my debit card well guess what ITS a week later and nothing. Now hes not even answering my emails. and the best is they have no phone number to contact support and they are closed from friday to monday

I'm sorry but we HAVE been trying to send your winnings to you in many different attempts without success, that is true. There is a problem sending to you which is why I suggest finding an alternative method of payment or someone else we can send to, because there seems to be a problem. We have tried again and again, each attempt costing us money.

There is no refusal to pay here, but we've been trying and trying and each time the bank rejects our transfer. I suggest that instead of giving up on it and filing complaints that you work with me to find an alternative way to get your winnings to you. I will continue to speak with the finance department to find a way, and hope that you will respond to my email sent from before and work with me to solve this problem.

Hi there,

I hope Laszlo will confirm this - Payment was received about 1 day after this issue was posted, by a payment sent about a week to ten days ago. I guess 5th time is the charm. We will examine this example to see what the problem with the bank was and how to avoid it in future withdrawals. We hope Laszlo enjoys his winnings.

Since the casino was responsible and found a way to get him his winnings-the least he could do is spend a minute or two and acknowlege that he does in fact have his winnings!!!
