River Belle - Fighting for Full Withdrawal
In Dec 2010 Riverbelle begged me to come back and would give me a $50 welcome back bonus plus 100% deposit bonus up to $100. I deposited $125 and while waiting for my bonuses I played and won well over $1000.00. I had to beg and plead for my bonuses and finally got them but was disgusted with length of time so tried to withdraw but had to "play thru" the bonuses. I finally got to where I could withdraw $725 but they only gave me $200 of it and "confiscated" the rest. After raising so much h---- they released $475 but are "stealing" $50 from me as out of the $725 I only got $675 from withdrawal #BRE2011011703030045. In reality I should have been able to withdraw much more than the $725 as I made all the profit before they finally gave credit on the bonuses!!
We have contacted casino support many times and sent out dozen emails but no one has ever replied. Today, they promissed us that we will receive a reply soon, so we decided to reopen this case and try once again.
