Rialto Casino - NO PAYOUT
Hello here is my MOST negative expirience in online gambling I've ever had!
I signed at Rialto Casino from askgamblers.com at 20th of March, don't know how but I won on an ASKG exclusive freechip and that was my biggest mistake
I've made all required things like min deposit, verbal confirmation and send my docs in a few days after the win. Finally at 8th of April, I was told that some documents were missing, finally everything was approved on 10th of April,
and withdrawl manager Walter K, told me that since that I have to wait up to 18th business days to get paid.
Ok today is 18th of May and nothing I got, moreover nobody to replies to emails which I'm sending to payments@rialtocasino.com for 2 weeks
I got paid ;)
Don't really now if submitting a complaint worked, or if it just was time to pay at Rialto, but anyway I'm happy with my money!
