Raging Bull Casino - Requested payout 3 months ago, but never got paid, my request was denied for no reason

Requested a payout in December but was declined because I hadnt sent all of my verification stuff yet. So I send all of my documents in, then try again to withdraw. The request stayed as pending for nearly two months, then was declined without any explanation. When I contacted customer service for a reason, they said because I had two accounts open at the casino, which is an absolute lie. I explained that to the rep, and she never responded again. Safe to say I won't be using this casino again. Sent my verification documents in multiple times, and never got an answer to why it was pending for 2 months.

Please provide me with your username. As for having more than one account or linked accounts, there is no reason for the agent yo make up such a story. In the event of multiple accounts or linked accounts, we have all the relevant proof etc.

So please be so kind as to furnish me with your username and I will gladly look into this matter!

My username is scw174. The agent told the username of the other account, and it was a username I had never heard of, and was definitely nothing I had created. I'm just perplexed to how I could have another account linked to mine. But thank you for the timely response, and hopefully this will all get figured out.

Thanks for furnishing me with your username and the info. I checked your account and it's only kinked by first name. The name that you linked to is from another state and none of the other details correspond to yours. So you were 100% correct in stating that you don't have a duplicate account.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the trouble. I have forwarded this to my finance team and advised them to process asap. I just require you to login and cash the balance in.

Received an email from banking stating my payout has been authorized last night, but the status is still "in process". I'm not sure how long it's supposed to take to actually receive the payout.

I can assure you that it was processed on Friday. Please bear in mind that it was a weekend and a banking holiday yesterday, so there would a slight delay. But you have my word that it was paid accordingly!
