All Slots Casino - Requested ID been forwarded and still not been paid my money after a month

Emails requesting documents for verification and documents have been sent to all slots casino. Still not paid my money after a withdrawal a month ago! Very frustrating! Bad customer service and communication.

I have received 6 or more emails requesting verification. I have responded and sent all requested documents but I'm still getting these emails even after resending these documents. Still not paid my winning its now a month since I withdrew the amount. Customer service have not been very informative as to what's going on. Can not believe the hassles I've had. Still waiting for funds to be sent.

Was also told that funds can not go into my bank card for some reason and that I should either put bank details in or choose to be paid by cheque

Deposited by credit card (visa) originally but was to for withdrawal that I couldn't use that card

ok, all should be in order now, you were wrongly receiving emails about documents, while you provided already everything...

as far as I've understood, you can proceed to cash out, and if you already did, the money will arrive soon enough...check your casino account just to make sure that the money has not been credited back to your casino account...

Still waiting on casino to forward me proof of cheque being sent via post. I have requested a postal tracking number which will most definitely be given once posted. They keep saying they will get it for me but still waiting and no way of tracking my money and no proof yet that I have been paid basically their word only.

Hi

I doubt you will ever get this information: the casino is not a bank, and payments are processed by a payment processor that is indipendent from the casino itself...if the casino is saying that you will get a cheque, then you will get it...
