Requested for withdrawl of $300 from my casino account, still going back and forth with casino to get paid. No clear answer is provided on what is going on. Sent all the documents asked by casino at different occasions but still at same place from where I started. Never had any issue when I was putting money in my casino account but now when I asked for withdrawl, it's a big issue. They can take money quite quickly but when need to pay back, many issues are faced.disappointed like hell.

The withdrawal was sent to the customer’s bank, however due to a difference in the account number the money was placed in a holding account by the bank. The customer then needed to claim the money. We advised customer of this and even provided a reference number of the payment being sent to the customer’s bank. Customer has advised that the bank have returned the money to us however we have absolutely no record of this so we are still looking into it. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and are doing the best to rectify this issue as quickly as possible.

Got an email from Bank that money has been deposited in my account today. Sep 26, 2016 and will show up in my account within 3 days. Hopefully will get it resolved in 3 days

Correction: got a reply from Betway that money is deposited in bank account. Not bank.
