I signed up and got 50 free spins I played through the wager requirements and withdrew £50 . This was without depositing and my account was closed based on I had multiple accounts which I know is incorrect. I played on my 4g connection with EE on my phone whether this flagged me up as a multiple account holder I don't know . But what I do know is I have only ever made 1 account and believe I should have been allowed to keep my withdrawal and my account active.
