Gala Casino - Refusing to pay without giving a valid reason

spoke on live chat agreed to a bonus deposited £500 won £8500 when logged in again account suspended asked why said id self excluded i had not then asked for proof could not find anything on system then said i had multiple accounts if this was the case why was i allowed to open another one? i was told by 3 different ppl that i would get the withdrawals but the account would remain closed i sent id in then said i would not be getting any winnings just the deposit back has i had breached there terms

no nothing last i heard they was not going to comment on the matter any further and they gave me an address to write to if i wished to complain

Our complaints team was provided with enough evidence on behalf Gala Casino Management clearly showing that player breached some of the casino terms and conditions and more specifically those concerning the opening of multiple accounts. Player's deposits were duly refunded, therefore we consider this case as Resolved and officially closed.
