Drake Casino - Refusing to credit cashback bonuses as promised

The casino offers a 10% rebate on your losses for the prior week. The last two weeks I have not received on. Last Monday there was a computer glitch and I was awarded multiple rounds of free spins for like $700 I played with that money and on Tuesday the $1400 I had was taken back. However I had funds in my account of like $250.00 before I started playing those free spins and they took that too. They did end up giving me 11.35 back of it. on Tuesday I was given my rebate for that week nd it was $217.57 an hour later it was gone. I emailed customer service multiple times and finally was told that because of the free spins that they were confiscating my refund because they couldn't recoop their 686.00 dollars when in fact they removed more than what I had one. I just want my rebate credited back to my account as I made numerous deposits which had nothing to do with the free spins. Their customer service is horrible and extremely hard to get anything resolved.

I have not gotten a rebate in 2 weeks.. all they need to do is credit my account with what they should have and this could be resolved.
