VIP Room Casino - Refuses to pay winnings or refund deposits

I have been playing for a couple of months in this casino and deposited a total of 2100€ there. I did not accept any bonus and recently cashed out 1850€. I was asked documents which I sent and after they got my documents, I received a message, that my account was closed due to "IP irregularities" and that I would get my deposits back. I thought that this is no problem because I lost more then I have been winning. But when I asked where the money is, they said that they refunded 200€ because they would only refund the deposits that resulted in winnings.
Also they say that no further communication will be accepted. So they take my money for months, which is ok and once I withdraw, its not ok anymore?

Hi guys,

Here is a situation where as a casino we need to be very careful about IP address manipulation.

As it is againt our terms and conditions to have multiple accounts, any idication of IP address manipulation raises a major flag for us.

Alex, please feel free to contact me as you did last time and I will be happy to send you the proof of tis IP address manipultion.

Regarding the refunding of the deposits, the IP address just happened to be manipulated round about the time the player recorded winnings. Based on our terms and conditions, we are well within our rights to cancel all winnings and we are not obliged to refund any deposits.

Because this is a first offence, we decided to at the ver least refund the last deposits where the winnings originated from so that we could close this matter quickly. Clearly this gesture has not helped.

Anyway, I will wait on Alex to contact me.

I don't even know what you mean by IP manipulation. But I think it is self explanatory that this manipulation happens "about the time " I was winning. What should I gain with this manipulation? The only one with a gain here is you. You keep my losses AND my winnings. That sounds like a good business model.
