Casinohuone - Refused to pay my winnings and closed my account without any reasons and proofs

I deposited and took a bonus. Played through that and lost it all. Figured I'll try without wagering requirements and deposited again without any bonus. I managed to won total of 500€ and decided to withdraw. Now I get a message that my account has been closed and money confiscated. I've deposited and withdrawn multiple times before, and in between these I have not made another account which is what they claim.

At this time I cannot provide more proof as all I have is e-mails from them. Support was not helpful at all, they pretty much said I've broken some rules and that's it. So now I have to contact askgamblers and probably the lincence holder of casinohuone.

We managed to resolve the issue with Casinohuone. So you can close this complaint as being resolved. I'm very satisfied how Casinohuone acted in this case! :-)
