LeoVegas Casino - Refused payout

I spent £1500 with leo vegas and won £1400 no winnings paid and after speaking to customer services dozens of times i have Just had an email from Leo Vegas telling me that I won't get my winnings and no refund will be issued. Surely they can't take bets but not honour winnings. Been through verification process and that was ok.

It appears that player submitted a newer complaint via AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service referring to the same issue, but it was posted under different username - http:/­/ww­w.a­skg­amb­ler­s.c­om/­cas­ino­-co­mpl­ain­ts/­leo­-ve­gas­-no­t-p­ayi­ng-­out-2

Since the newer case has been resolved successfully, AskGamblers Complaints Team is now closing the old one as Resolved too. We are happy that the dispute has been resolved eventually even though it took almost a year and would like to thank both parties involved into the complaints process for their cooperation.
