I submitted my withdrawal, in which it took several days and then they canceled by withdrawal stating it was a winning from a bonus. I told them I have my bank statement to show I made a deposit, the they stated I was on allowed a $10 max bet unless specified to which I responded by sending them photos in which that game SPECIFIC it's own terms and conditions that didn't include a $10 max. Afterwards, they stated how it could easily be misunderstood yet they refused to release my winnings of $300.

The promotion above is not informing or allowing customers to bet more than $10 while the bonus is active.

This means that the max bet rule is in place, the same with any other bonus offered by the casino. (Unless the casino specifically informs customers that they can bet above $10 or that the general bonus terms don't apply for a specific bonus.)
