Karamba Casino - Refuse To Pay VIP Monthly Cash Back & Treat VIP like dirt, even making up their own rules.

Warning to everyone, Karamba casino treat VIP members like dirt.

The way it works with their system, once you reach VIP level you're eligible for a Monthly Cash Back bonus, which is available to claim every 3rd Monday of each month.

* The monthly cash back bonus is based on house winnings on all games for one full calendar month.
* The cash back bonus is issued on the 3rd Monday of the following month and covers the previous month’s full calendar.
* Contact your Personal Account Manager to claim your monthly cashback bonus and for more details on how to keep your account active in order to qualify.

* So I contacted support yesterday (the day before the cash-back promotion was able to be claimed) and they told me that I would need to come back tomorrow and speak with support as it would be the 3rd Monday of the month & since I am a VIP member I am eligible for the bonus.

After contacting support today, I was first told that I have not deposited enough lately to be eligible for the bonus. Which is news to me, because I was not aware there was a certain amount that you had to deposit to claim the cash back. It does not say this anywhere in the terms and conditions or on the website at all.

I then told support that I have quite a few accounts with other casinos that have the same platform which they own, such as Prime Slots, Prime Scratch Cards, Extraspel etc...and I had made deposits on all of them this month and last month. I was then told that I should ask the chat support before the 3rd Monday of the month if I am going to be able to claim the cash back bonus. To which I responded, well I did ask them just yesterday. They told me to come back today and I would be able to claim it. I was then told "What I would suggest to do Lisa, to speak to us every month before 3rd Monday of he month and see if you are qualified for the cashback offer and if not, how much you would need to deposit etc. to be qualified. Karamba’s decisions regarding the VIP Program will be final and not subject to appeal."

Probably the worst treatment I've ever had at any casino. And I am suppose to be a VIP member lol. I have a copy of the transcript so you can see for yourself how money hungry and rude this casino is.

Hi there,

I'm really not satisfied with the response. I was speaking with the so called "VIP manager" and he flat out refused to do anything for me. He was rude and wasted a lot of my time. He even tried to tell me that he told me previously that I would not be able to claim the monthly cash back.

Also it says "The monthly cash back bonus is based on house winnings on all games for one full calendar month." So the way it reads is that I receive a % of the house winnings/casino profit for each month that I am VIP. So when you say to me "even higher than what is stipulated on the VIP program," There is no % of amount stipulated on the VIP program. How can you say that you have credited me something higher than "what is stipulated on the VIP program" when nothing is stipulated.

Also it's rediculous that I have to write a complaint on here just to receive something your website tells me I get anyway. Not to mention, you guys keep LIENG to me. For example the reply above is a lie. I just proved that once again. Don't you think it's a little rediculous that a VIP member has to fight with the casino to get anything and even then I still continue to receive lies. What about the other times I have tried to claim my cash back? What about the time you said I was eligible for the bonus and after I deposit you tell me that it's on another account and I won't be eligible for the bonus. You guys are just flat out disgraceful and I cannot believe VIP members get treated like this. Also what about the offer that Lee was suppose to save on my account, yet he first tells me the offer will be saved on my account then he tells me otherwise.

And crediting me a bonus of $15 isn't gonna smooth things over. I told you guys I would come here and now that I have spent the time to show everyone how pathetic your service is, don't think for a second a $15 bonus is going to make everything better.

Thanks for your email.
This bonus is a cash back based on previous month house s winnings.
In October, the house winnings was 40 dollars, so crediting you 15 , is almost 40% cash back.
Please note that our decision is final. No more bonuses will be issued.

Ok when you say the house's winnings, are you referring to the total house's winnings. Are you referring to the house winnings for that particular player vs the casino? You need to be a little more specific.

Also you guys have made it so I'm unable to receive bonuses on my account. Why am I being punished?

We have been duly informed that your bonus has been credited as per the terms and conditions of the aforementioned casino promotion. Whether you will receive future bonuses from Karamba casino or not is not a matter of this particular complaint. Therefore we consider this case as Resolved and officially closed.
