Golden Lady Casino - Refuse to give cashback bonus

I was not given my weekly cash back bonus. This is the 3rd incident. The excuse this week was "the manager was off for 2 days." I feel that's unacceptable. The manager was off when I made a deposit , but the deposit was accepted anyway. I feel that's a poor excuse. Also the live help will take up to 10 minutes to respond to a question. Very poor customer service.
