ComeOn Casino - Refusal to rectify problem, terrible customer support

Ihave been signing players up through the refer a friend program but when they sign up with a mobil or tablet i do not get credit for refering them. I even contacted support on live chat prior to a player signing up and was assured it was ok and would recieve my bonus but as soon as he registered i didnt recieve any bonus and they told me that i had nothing to do with that player and he didnt sign up through me??? When the player contacted live support and said he wouldn't verify or deposit in his account till they acknowledged that i was the person who signed him up they informed him to wait under an hour for a response. It took over 2hours before he contacted them on live support again and was forced to wait on there another hour before being laughed at and told not only wouldnt they credit my bonus but that would prefer to lose a paying customer than ever credit my bonus, When the player asked why they wasted his time the chat agent named Raimund stated that he loved wasting his time!!! he also said he never had any intention of helping. the chat transcript has been request twice during chat and multiple times since and they refuse to supply it. Raimund also told me that i was never going to get a bonus for reffering players and i wasn't eligable because i'm Australian after i had already recieved one and had been clearly told that i could
